"The pool area looked nice so I was bummed when I didn't have time to check it out. Location is great!"

"I got the premium suite- room 100. The room smelled really bad, the staff and I were unable to get the smell to go away. It smelled like cat pee. I couldn’t get the tub or the hot tub to drain. If that staff wasn’t so amazing, I would never set foot in there again. "

"Looks clean in lobby. Room had a broken drain cover in shower that was that way before. Hand soap dispenser was empty. Refrigerator made strange noises throughout the night "

"Can't best this view!! Room faces Lake Superior. You can walk out of the hotel and right onto the walking path along the lake shore. Room was very large and clean. Even though we were on a hall with a hockey team, we didn't hear any noise! Very restful and quiet. Enjoyed 2 hot tubs, so they didn't seem crowded. Like breakfast with variety."

"We had a great trip and stay with our 6 teenagers! These Villas are awesome - cozy and fun. Just be aware that there is zero acoustic separation between rooms so if you snore, everyone will hear it."
