「Pros: Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr ( komplette Küchenausstattung, viel verschiedenes Geschirr, Gläser, Tischdecken, Kerzen usw.) Der Check-In erfolgt selbstständig. Die Betreuung durch Mats von Mallorca Born Properties war bestens. Er war sofort zur Stelle, als es mir mal nicht gut ging. Die Lage hoch über Soller ist prima ( ein Logenplatz...) ... Cons: ...hat aber auch Schattenseiten: die Zufahrt ist schwierig und sehr kurvig und steil, ein kurzes...

「La casa Bonita est une très jolie location, typique des maisons du village. Placée à quelques pas du centre historique de Sòller (rue piétonne avec de belles boutiques, un large choix de restaurants et commodités), sa terrasse à l’étage offre une vue sur les montagnes très agréable au petit déjeuner comme le soir. Proche de la gare (avec son vieux train pour aller visiter Palma), le village est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord ouest de l’île. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. 」

「Fantastic house, well equipped and lovely furnished. The kitchen had everything so we could easily cook for 8 persons, an outdoor grill was highly appreciated. Close to city center, bus stop and wandering paths. Will definitely come back again.」

「Property was amazing, the view of Port Soller was spectacular from our gorgeous balcony, the house is a great size , plenty of space outside . The grounds had gorgeous potted plants everywhere. Enjoying fantastic meals and cocktails on the balcony, just takin in the view of the mountains, House was very clean and the owner had everything you needed and more, also Mats was extremely helpful with all our transfers. Shops and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also beach just walking distance....

「Pros: Liebevoll renoviertes altes Haus mit allem Komfort. Schöner Garten mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Herausragend ist die Nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade, die nur 100m entfernt sind. Privatparkplatz direkt gegenüber. Da das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt, ist es tagsüber mit vorbeifahrenden Autos nicht sehr ruhig. Wen das nicht stört, der hat hier ein Prima Angebot. Cons: -」

「Die Unterkunft, das Haus war im Großen und Ganzen wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick von dort auf den Hafen und das Meer einfach zauberhaft. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung passten nicht mehr ganz zusammen, da einige Veränderungen vorgenommen wurden, zum Beispiel waren keine Vorhänge mehr an den Fenstern im Esszimmer. Leider war die Küche in einem unsauberen Zustand. Ein Geschirrtuch nicht vorhanden. Ich habe die Küche gereinigt, damit ich mich wohl fühlen konnte. Im Großen und Ganzen schien das...

「my family and I had a super good holiday and the place lived up to expectations. The host was super easy to talk to over the phone and was very helpful. The only thing we think could be a little better was the actual cleaning of the pool, dirt often got into the pool and the mixing ratio was perhaps a little wrong as our swimwear turned completely yellowish. But a super nice place to have a summer holiday with your family ;)」
