  • Located in Sóller, Balearic Islands, this 300 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 more guests. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and includes Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, and workspace. Families have access to a crib and high chair.



    Enjoy the private garden and open terrace with breathtaking mountain views. There are several outdoor areas: a 50 m² terrace on the first floor and a 300 m² terrace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine.



    Shared on-site parking fits 3 vehicles. Events are not permitted. To reach the property, you'll need to drive a 500-meter cobblestone path, which may influence your rental car choice. During your stay, you'll be accompanied by Rosa, a friendly local donkey.
