The hotel is located right on Route 1 so you don’t quite get peace and quiet but the accessibility to grocery and shops made up for it. The town gets busy during the day due to bus loads of tourists. Overall, great place to stay for a few days but certainly not a spot if you’re looking to enjoy local culture and seclusion in Iceland."

"Room was fine for the price. Plenty of bathrooms and showers since we were sharing. Staff should have communicated that the pipes were being worked on and that we needed to shower early since the water was off before check out and I couldn’t shower.
