"I liked they had a good breakfast. I did not like that handicap room was so small. Definitely was not wheel chair accessible if one had been needed. Overall it was a clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff Pricilla and Ii did not get the black guy's name that found scissors to open my husband's package were marvelous and made the stay welcoming. Rm 110"

"The breakfast provided offered very minimal food choices. Staff were somewhat pleasant in terms of making guests feel welcomed—customer service could use some improvement. The sofa seat pillows in our room appeared to be soiled from past guests and could use cleaning and/or even replacing. Overall, our stay wasn’t terrible. The bed linens and bathroom were clean. "

"My wife and I almost always choose Hyatt hotels when we travel because we have consistently enjoyed great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this recent stay was by far the worst experience we have had at a Hyatt property. First, our room was not ready until 6:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. After a long day of travel, we expected better communication and hospitality from the staff. To make matters worse, the front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming at all. On the second day of our stay, I called the front desk to request a couple of extra towels and asked if it would be possible to have the room refreshed. The gentleman who answered the phone responded by saying, “this is not that kind of hotel,” which I found very rude and unprofessional. In the end, we never received the towels either. In addition, the shower was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, and the AC unit in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. We are very disappointed because Hyatt has always been our preferred hotel brand, and this experience did not reflect the level of service, cleanliness, and hospitality we have come to expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure future guests are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve. "
