"Hotel was very clean. Only complaint would be the air. It didn't seem to keep the temp as set and the fan would not stay."

"If you are just looking for a bed but don't care about cleanliness, smells, quality of food, upkeep of facilities, this is your place. Upon entering our room we inspected sheets and pillows. The sheets were worn and some pillows had spots or stains on pillow cases. The floors didn't look clean- saw leftover spots of the last guests coffee. Walls had not been wiped down as there was a brown smear of something sticky on.wall. Bathroom floors appeared to not have been clean in quite sometime. Mold was all in the vents of AC unit in room. There's a strong smell of some chemical in the air. I'm guessing it's cleaning products and they are trying to mask the bad smell throughout the hotel. In one hallway a trashcan was collecting water from a hole in the ceiling. Went down to look at breakfast and scramble eggs were greenish/gray in some parts. I just got coffee and made a piece of toast. The lady at the front desk is nice. But if you want somewhere that's clean and management seems to care about the property don't go here."

"This is more of an extended stay "I have no other choice" motel. I reserved a room here for my mom and her friend for the weekend and was really disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for. There were people smoking AT the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to even get in. The hallway, elevator, and room smelled horrible. The fridge in their room smelled like something died. My mother asked for sheets to change the bedding after her 1st night and was told they didn't have any extra by a rude front desk person. To be fair, she could've just been really busy as the front desk is doing everything bunny themselves from what I saw. I really felt so bad for even booking it but it was last minute and in the area I needed. Next time, I'll just book a little further away and pay more. The pictures online are old and do not show this place for what it really is."

"We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in the microwave. We would never stay here again"

"I stayed 5/19-21/2026. Arriving room and property were clean, but the common areas had a very bad odor. The next day after returning from work, the room was not clean and did not have clean towels. Went to front desk and got fresh towels and toile treats and for the cleaning I was told that housekeeping was already gone and couldn't do anything. I was told that the manager will contact me the next day to see about getting a credit or refund. and I am still waiting for that phone call."
