A gallery of rest, peace and calm. Just what we needed.

This was our first VRBO experience, and we are now hooked! The property is lovely and centrally located in proximity to the best of Denton imho. There was a small hiccup in the check-in process which was handled quickly. Overall it was wonderful and we might find ourselves staying here again this autumn.

Quirky but charming

We were in town for a graduation ceremony and were only there overnight. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. It wasn’t a problem for us , but if you only reserve 1 bedroom, know that you will have to share the bathroom with another guest. The owner is an artist and her work is through out the premises. It’s a charming property. The apartment was too cold for us , and the owner was quick to respond and turn up the thermostat.

Great Pit Stop

My family and I traveled 10 hrs to attend UNT graduation the nxt morning. We arrived late at night, so check-in was perfectly easy. The rooms were spacious and the media room also had a comfortable single bed. The next morning we were able to exit with no issue. The house is perfectly located to access everything.

Girls Trip

My best friend and I stayed at Bolivar Place and absolutely loved it! Cheryl was incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic. It’s near the town center and several fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sitting area. I would definitely stay here again.

Getaway in Denton

Loved the coziness of this property! I would definitely stay again. It was a very quiet neighbirhood. Also,close to the square. You could easily walk there. We appreciated all of the extra touches, especially the art throughout the rooms that was painted by home owner.

Weekend in Denton

Property is just how described. Walking distance to the square in Denton, close to UNT. Even though it does not have a full kitchen, has coffee brewer, microwave and mini fridge. Cute place and decor and art were lovely. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place for a quick stay or weekend. Mini-fridge and microwave, but lacks a cookstove for the extended stays. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and amenities.

Pleasant and Convenient

A pleasant stay with enough space for everyone and a nice balcony. The area was a short trip from many stores, restaurants, and other spots in Denton. Rental has one sliding door between upper and lower level and we were able to hear the property owners on one of the nights. However, earplugs were also provided.

Dancers at WTU

Me and my friends attended a dance intensive at Women’s Texas University. Everything we needed was nearby. This is a cute and very clean place. The owners were very attentive.
