"Clean room and parking just outside. Good part of town with good shopping down the road."

"The place had water/coffee/vending machines were broken. the front desk said to run across to the gas station. The bathroom sink and tub had black hairs and dirt in it. There was one towel for the two of us. Would never stay here again."

Communication with the host was pretty decent considering we got in super late. Great value for your money for a quick trip to Phoenix."
