"The property itself was clean. The pool area was nice. My only issue was finding the hotel at night. The large Motel6 sign was either not turned on or was burned out. Once i found it. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The pillows were not very soft. That's my only issue about the facility"

"It’s a cozy bedroom with all the ambiance and amenities of a hotel room. The hot tub and pool is a plus"

"For being open for three months the building is already in need of Repair. My room needs repair in the bathroom above the shower ceiling sheet rock is gone in the corner in which will mold quickly with all the moister and cause more damage. Microwave has a sprung door and will come open on its own. The manager that took over the one that quit is awesome to deal with. I can see that she is short on employees . Also door to back parking lot works randomly with the key card and sometimes not at all. I would like coffee makers in the rooms. No coffee machine not working."

"Rooms were clean. The property is in decent shape. Good neighborhood to be in next to a golf course. May need a few additional cooking utensils for kitchen and grilling. Communication with the host was pretty decent considering we got in super late. Great value for your money for a quick trip to Phoenix."

"Lovely little place….very clean, nice and private outdoor area in the back. Quiet- no barking dogs or neighbor kids. Great location near many restaurants, stores, and sports complex. Would definitely book again! "

"We actually had a great stay in Peoria but we were not happy with the house. We had stayed in this same house a few years ago and it was great. But since our original experience the house hasn't been maintained. The worst experience was the dishwasher that needs to be replaced. The top rack is missing a wheel, so when you pull it out it falls off. This happened to us and before we were able to catch it a couple of cups or glasses fell to the floor where the broke into small pieces. If I tried to catch it and got cut I could have been hurt badly. The dishwasher needs to be replaced before the house is rented again. Also the number of items like forks were limited (4 forks) so we bought plastic forks. We decided not to cook our meals but went out for meals, which cost us extra."
