「Good breakfast, Clean room, friendly staff.」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the rest of our experience was good. However, the housekeeping service could have been better. We were told that the room would be serviced within three days, but unfortunately, no one came by. We weren’t even asking for a full cleaning—just a few basic items to be replenished, including coffee. We also contacted the front desk to ask for assistance, but unfortunately, our request was not followed up on and the coffee was never replaced. We understand that...

「I had booked the deluxe room with a view of the river a couple of months before and when we arrived we were given a standard room with a veiw of the paking lot. It was a small room and half of the mirror lights were out in the bathroom. All that said I do have a couple of good thing to say. The restaurant was good and the waitress was very personable and sweet. And even though the room was not what we expected we slept well and the bed was very comfortable.」

「Very nice room. My only complaint is that they put the hotel room on the parking pass. This is a huge security risk!! The hotel can be held liable if someone is harmed in their room. Change to a random or disguised number.」

「From the fretting to the room key the staff was very friendly and fast. Room was clean and plenty of towel. Would have preferred a heated pool, but the kiddo enjoyed it.」

「It is very new with modern design features that are very functional. So close to airport you could walk, but shuttle is available all hours. We took it at 4am and the driver was so friendly and kind. I would stay here again!」
