"This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!"

"This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not stay again."

"- All towels were stained - Bath towel was the size of a hand towel - Stained pillowcases - Broken lampshades - Stickers and sticker residue on the headboard, bedside table, and door - Front desk staff wasn't available at time of check in and no clear way to buzz/notify staff Checked out same day after finding better accommodations at a slightly higher cost."

"Nice big room, clean, good amenities. Only problem was the shower was small, VERY slippery where I actually slipped and hurt myself, no anti-slip in the tub. Needs a curved shower rod so the curtain is not sticking to you the whole time. Also the shower spout was loose and needed maintenance. Other than the shower, everything was very nice."

"We arrived to the property to discover that we were on the third floor and the elevator was not functioning pending an inspection. This is a very dated property and the owners have slapped a lot of paint around in an effort to disguise it's advanced age. There were new(er) laminate floors in the rooms and some nice tile in the restrooms, but these even had drops of paint on them, showing a lack of care in "slopping" "lipstick on the pig." We experienced a lot of noise form the floor above, which we believe to be the residence of the owner and family. Also could often hear loud arguing and a cat yowling from that floor as well. Sometimes smelled cat urine and OFTEN smelled overwhelming cigarette smoke, to the point that our daughter used bath towels stuffed under her hall door to try to stop the stink. There is the general feeling that this is more of an extended stay (apartments?) than a hotel. The owners are doing what it takes to get by, but as a facility manager myself, I was not impressed. By the way owners, the portico roof over your entry is full of water and a potential collapse threat if you don't clean out the downspouts. You should be able to see that from your 4th floor apartment."
