Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer.

「This is a lovely place to stay. It is just off the M5 in a rural location. A beautiful pub with history. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented.
We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. 」
「Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. 」

The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was.
The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return.

「Lovely hotel in great location near train station I asked for a fridge in the room which was supplied at no extra cost room and bathroom were lovely , only disappointment was pool & spa not available at the moment」
「I could not fault this hotel at all. It was spotless. Staff were very polite and efficient the room was very accommodating. I had a lovely peaceful nights sleep . . Food was lovely really enjoyed it and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment about staying again. 」
