Prefer this Mercure over Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre, this location is a bit further out, however, catching a Grab is relatively inexpensive and you can always use pubic transport. The room is much larger than the City Centre place, lots of hawker markets and local restaurants. Overall a good experience

One of the best 4 star hotels. Bedsheet, pillow cases and towels were clean. Mattress was the right firmness. Wash basin separated from shower and toilet. Sufficient space to hang clothes. We loved our stay. It was utterly perfect - our room was small but spacious, and perfect for us who just wanted to use it to rest our head. I saw a comment about the bathrooms being too small to move which isn’t true - they’re fine. The rooftop pool is great. There’s limited places to sit which could be improved but I wasn’t there to spend hours of my time so it wasn’t a problem to me. The staff are so kind. I’ll return when I next visit Singapore.

Small room, if you travel with a little luggage and maybe younger it can work, the toilet with shower was ridiculously small, if you are the least bit overweight then forget it. The breakfast was good. the pool perfectly okay. Location was a bit off. We were here for two nights and that was the maximum we could manage.

Overall it was ok. Clean and comfort, kind. A bit small but it depends on room. I just stayed a standard room with 2 kids. (3pax) Room is very clean and well maintain. Tap water can drink which has purified . But I was unlucky to stay there with some groups. They were so noisy and walking around the corridor and keep knocking doors, call their members. Maybe this time only… Hotel service was good and satisfied.
