We have stayed at the Concorde three times and have been made to feel very welcome and found the standard of service exceptional by every member of staff. It is a very clean hotel hotel in an ideal location. The only small criticism I would make is that there is no mirror available with suitable lighting to apply make up.

Great location with friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide and varied selection. The lobby felt modern and inviting, and the pool area was spacious and well-maintained. Excellent location and good service. Slightly dated facilities but would recommend. Cleaned to reasonable standard but no in depth cleaning (we had to retrieve a toy from under the bunk bed which was gross!) Pool was great option. Breakfast nothing to rave about; the food court in neighboring shopping centre much better choices.

Good location

Overrated and overpriced for the hotel itself. Dirty, rundown, hard to get in/out of the hotel if you have stroller or wheelchair. Housekeeping team are helpful but you can tell they have bad management. The only positive point is the location. Right on Orchard Street.

Concorde is a Nice property Conveniently located on orchard Road. But the high light of the Hotel is its staff specially in the Business longe. Courteous & attentive. So is the checkin counter , Bell desk, and the restaurant staff. It was an enjoyable stay for me and my wife . We will stay again

The location is excellent for public transport and eating out as it’s only a stone throw from Plaza Singapura The room we stayed at is fantastic and clean. The hotel is by a busy road but surprisingly it’s not noisy at all with windows closed.
