The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the surrounding areas are great - Cheesecake Factory at the mall and the giant Starbucks Reserve down the street. The spa is also wonderful. Will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai!"

"The hotel is on a quiet street. walk distances to shopping centers, numerous restaurants and subway. There is a big garden with a nice coffee shop in the hotel. The room is big, but the 2 sofas in my rooms have stains, and the carpet and curtains are old. "
