"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. "Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again! "
