"The villa is beautiful, the bungalow unit was perfect for 3 teenagers, just next to the pool. The double room was on the ground floor next to the dinning room but still was quite. "On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. "I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better — you can walk everywhere, from historic sites and charming cafés to shops and restaurants. The room offered a stunning view, and the same can be said for the rooftop, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was perfect for kids — not too crowded, and a great way to cool off while enjoying the city skyline. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they were delivered in under five minutes — great service! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, which made mornings easier, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice bonus: water and fresh fruits were also available for guests in the lobby, free of charge. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again."
