"First I'll start with the things we did like about the hotel. We arrived a little after 4. Check-in was quick, and we were offered what floor we wanted to be on.The room was spacious, clean, and there was a balcony The thing we liked the most about this hotel was the access to stores/restaurants. You could literally park at the hotel and walk. Also there is a Chili's restaurant on the second floor. Here are somethings we didn't enjoy about the hotel. The bathroom is tiny, and in need of some major repairs. This may not be an issue for some but it was for my family and I. I'm going to say this about every hotel I stay in that does what I'm about to say. There should be another protein option besides pork. Offering a turkey/chicken susage wouldn't be a bad idea. You can't assume that everyone eats pork. Non pork eaters should have an option as well. However if the issues I mentioned isn't a problem, check this hotel out. "

"Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, though there was some used toilet paper left behind in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the room met expectations. The front desk staff really stood out—everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was another highlight: it was warm, fresh, and offered a good variety of options, making it a great start to the day. On the downside, the pool was freezing and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was unfortunately full of children under 18, making it difficult for adults to relax, which may be something management should address. With a few improvements around cleanliness and pool management, this could be an even better stay. Overall, a decent experience with friendly service and a solid breakfast."

"Very clean hotel with great amenities."

"Our first impression was not good, as our rental was double booked. However host did a great job of settling the issue within a hour. The rental was clean and served our needs. We picked this rental due to location and pool usages, however weather didn’t cooperate and pool was still a bit chilly for our liking. Host did mention they were working through some issues with heater. Backyard was lovely, grill and fire pit were available however this was shared space with the host. Rental had everything we needed however being a basement rental, noise above can be a concern. Would be helpful to have a binder of activities and sites to visit for the guests. However in passing the host was able to share some information with us about hiking. Over all the host was accommodating and always available for questions."

"This is such a great home, perfect location for easy access to all activities downtown St. L and beyond. The home was clean, like new, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. It had all the amenities we needed and more, and the hosts were responsive, professional, and gracious. "
