"Our AC and fridge didn’t work in our room. Person at the front desk was very helpful and got us moved to a new room where everything was functioning. The hot tub was nice but the pool was extremely cold. It was an inside/outside pool so it wasn’t a huge surprise even in May."

There's a nice lobby area if you have other people to hang out with. We didn't hear people through the walls, just sometimes when people were passing in the hall and talking loudly."

I spent 45 minutes in the lobby trying to check into a room that I had already paid for. Hotel attendant was nowhere to be found "

"This is an amazing gem on the west side of St. Louis. We absolutely loved it. It was one of those few properties that actually looked better in person than the pictures. Vance and Savannah really appointed the house well and made it very comfortable. We’ll be renting again and recommending it to our family for when they visit out family nearby. "
