"Nice staff clean facilities"

"We had to leave about three days into our stay due to a cockroach, when notifying the desk they allowed us to look at another room. That room also had dead flies on the ac unit. I understand bugs are common in Florida, but hotels should remain bug free. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our issues."

"This hotel is HORRIBLE and should be SHUT-DOWN!!! the smell in the rooms was nauseating, the clerk didn't speak English. Couldn't get towels. the service just was terrible. I will never go there again, also I'm going to tell everyone i know about this place so they would not try to stay there. I give it a big -0."

"Great experience. My husband and I stayed for a week, and had no issues. Room was really clean and beds/pillows comfortable. A great finding for the price that we paid. I would definitely book my stay at this hotel again if I am ever back to Orlando greater area."

"Place seems deserted only 3 people were renting a room guy at check in was so rude I wanted to turn around and leave but already pre paid and sign said no refunds. If you have a choice don't go there your better off some where else."

"Property is far older than the pictures show, bed on master bedroom was broken, upstairs bedroom dor was broken also, house wasn’t cleaned properly with some trash on the floor and hair on the ground and in the tub.The complex was good with pool and jacuzzi working well, plenty of chairs around it, space for bbq, playground and club house."
