「My overall stay was great, the only problem that I had was the breakfast. When it says that it’s open until 10am, then have plenty of food available until 10. We were at breakfast at 9:30, and there was nothing left, the cook made a couple of items but that’s it not enough for everyone that kept showing up.」
「The fourth floor had a loud throbbing buzzing noise. The hotel cheerfully moved me to the third floor which is extremely quiet and peaceful. They are working on getting my aviators jacket to me I left by accident. 」
「We really enjoyed the property! The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping really works hard! The rooms were well done. We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w. 」

Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. This hotel is quite literally flawless. The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch.
There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA.」
「Staff was terrific! Room was filthy. All surfaces had to be wiped down. Trash can was full, floor was dirty. Mattress had a huge dip and pillows need to be replaced. Thoroughly disappointed in Wyndham. 」
