"Clean comfortable good bed"

"Extremely disappointed by the overall experience here. First, the bathroom in the main lobby had poop all over the women’s toilet. Absolutely disgusting to see. Then the rooms were ridiculously loud above and around us. I had to ask for help to quiet the guests around 8 times and NOTHING came from it. The guests continued their loud behaviors and the staff offered no compensation and did nothing about it. I’ll be calling upper management this week. The hallways smelled like marajuana and the only response was: “Well there is a wedding going on so….” Are you kidding me? Then! The advertised water slides were closed despite me calling beforehand and asking if they were running. Was lied to of course. This is not a place I would visit again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hoe Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, and the manager and reception team provided excellent service that made the experience even Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
