「The outside was clean and well maintained. The lobby was clean! The staff was so friendly greeting us as we walked in. Check in was easy and they made sure we knew how to find our room and the time for check out and breakfast as well as the WiFi info. The room was so nice and spacious! Everything was clean and well taken care of!」

「The house was super cute inside and was spotless! It was also in the middle of Oklahoma summer heat and the house stayed so cold, it was wonderful! We stayed here while seeing a concert at downstream casino and it was so much better than staying at any of the local hotels!」

「When booking online it said "non -refundable." That was a sign I should have chosen another hotel . The room had cockroaches, looked like blood spot on floor, wasn't vacuumed or mopped and had dog waist on the floor. Took photos and explained to front desk the room wasn't clean and the guy could not have cared less. Should have at least got the dog deposit back since the room was a mess from whomever was there before us or something. Not a good first impression of Oklahoma.」
