"The whole Sihanoukville area is a disaster at the moment so I would suggest anyone to stay away for quite some time before the construction is mostly over. God knows how long that will take though. Two recommendations to the hotel: breakfast can start earlier (630 instead of 700 as many travel early morning) and better to install bednets in the room. Apart from that, Otres 1 is a great place!
