"We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. "First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, google maps didn't locate accurately, neighborhood was soso with lots of abandoned real estate projects, just skeletons sitting there. Checkout again marred by absence of staff, so not even sure if I checked out correctly"
