「Palazzo del Poeta is one of the nicest stays we have experienced all throughout Europe. The service was impeccable and the overall atmosphere made for a perfect stay. It truly is a gem of a small hotel to stay at in Palermo. Highly recommended. 」

「Large room, and bathroom with balcony. Nice and convenient area to tourist hotspots. 2 small bottles of water provided. Secure building with a lift. Bed king size but was a bit hard. NO balcony furniture. NO in-room kettle or coffee maker, and no cups, dining room had a kettle we used but no cups, the fridge in our room was not working. Mold in shower.」

「Unique hotel in unique Erice, lovely large clean room with a view, great breakfast, very helpful staff. At this time of year, no problem finding free and close parking. The kittens frolicking in the courtyard were a nice bonus!」

「This was a beautiful hotel with super helpful staff. The bedding and pillows were luxurious. The rooms were artistically decorated. I loved the courtyard where we had a delicious breakfast with attentive staff. I would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends. 」

「Excellent sejour dans une superbe chambre au centre ville. Accessible a pied depiis la gare (20mn) et des principaux sites a visiter en 10mn. Nous n'avions pas recu d information pour rentrer dans la chambre (code d entrées) et cela a été un peu fastidieux la première fois. Petit déjeuner apporté à 9h15 dans la chambre, un peu tard pour nous. 」

「La grande compétence et l'amabilité de tout le personnel est à souligner. Notre séjour dans cette résidence de vacances, en dehors de la saison touristique, a été parfait. L'ambiance risque d'être moins reposante en haute saison. Belle piscine, tennis, vélos à disposition, très belles vues sur la mer et la montagne. je recommande vivement」
