If you want to step out of your hotel and be in the centre of the action, this isn’t the place. But it was very quiet, train station is steps away and only three stops to Tokyo Station. "The check in process was easy. Staff directed to a screen to allocate the room key. Room is tiny and internet is only accessible from room. Laundry services on bottom level, with small and very basic gym (treadmill, rower, bike, dumbbells and a single bench). The laundry room often smelled due to the heat, microwave in the same room, and close proximity to the public spa. "

"My stay was excellent from the start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly helpful ,accommodating, making checkin and out and other inquiries seamless. The room was spotless and the temp was perfectly set up for comfort. Transportation was also hassle free especially the shuttle service to Disney. Drivers were very polite and always on time. I enjoyed the breakfast as well- there were so many options to choose from. Servers were also polite and helpful showing me how to use the machines. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and stay here again."
