「Every room in the property appears to be run commercially/professionally. Everything in the room appears new but there were some corners that had dust. The area is lovely, though. 」

「Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.」

「The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.」

「It's a beautiful, clean, cozy apartment for your home base while exploring Tokyo. It's modern and has all the amenities for a family to use. It's accommodated all 5 of us comfily. Having a clothes washer was a big plus. Just needed some closet space for clothes.」

With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level.
