"Our check in process was very difficult. The owner never emailed the check-in information so we had to call VRBO for help but after about an hour of standing outside when finally got in. Our booking was in July so of course japan is hot and humid but this rental was very hot, very humid and had a mosquito problem. Even with the AC and dehumidifiers on the upstairs was way to hot to sleep so we all slept on the main floor. Also, with this being a traditional Japanese home the beds were mats on...

"I usually don’t leave reviews on hotels or property’s I stay at but I feel this one deserves it as the other reviews do not reflect how good this property is, it’s cost is amazing, it’s right next to the Osaka loop line, grocery store next to it, AC, laundry, lots of room, we stayed here with 3 people but could’ve easily fit 5/6. "Pro: 5 minutes walk to subway station, 7-11 and Lawson nearby, quiet neighborhood, standard toiletries all provided including laundry detergent, decent kitchen supplies, spacious room, balcony, Con: small area where bathroom sink is to put down toiletries, esp for a family of 4. No hook in bathroom to hang up towels or bathrobe. Instructions as to how to operate the hot water system and washer would be helpful. Construction nearby so kind of noisy in the morning."
