"The room was very clean and comfortable with fully stocked toiletries options in the bathroom…face wash, lotion, cream, hairbrush, toothbrush and paste, razor, etc. Breakfast buffet was included. Very close to the Narita airport. Would recommend. "

"Wish I knew about the monrail and not completely free shuttle to Disneysea. However a lovely hotel with views that looked like Hawaii! We loved the shops that had wonderful options for late night dinner after Disney. "

"The room is too small for comfort. Check-in is by machine and instructions are in Japanese! There is no room to stage your luggage. The only plus is the offer of Betflix and other streaming services. The breakfast buffet is nothing extraordinary. "

"Quality 4 star level hotel with comfy beds, modern furnishings and amenities. Staff were all lovely from check-in to house keeping and the drivers. We booked for a Disney stay and location is great. A much nicer hotel for the price! There is a regular free shuttle or a city bus also comes past every 10mins. It's not ideal for Tokyo but if just adding on a day or two on top of TDL, then the hotel does have free one way transport into Tokyo station and Asakusa. Would recommend and return. "

"The hotel is right next to the Toy Story hotel and across the road from bayside monorail station. The room is luxurious with tasteful furnishings and a huge bathroom. Our room was lovely and large and in very good condition. The only downside is that there is no laundry and very limited tv access which is all in Japanese. Bathroom amenities are lovely and plentiful. Staff were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay as a non-Disney hotel and would stay again."
