"We chose this hotel as it was near the park. The staff were efficient and very helpful. They have us tea and sweets on arrival before showing us to our room. The western style twin beds were clean and comfortable apart from the normal Japanese hard pillows. "I stay here for 4days in Kumamoto. The hotel is nice! It is near to the tram station which is within 5mins walk. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shops nearby the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy.
