"The place was extremely clean! There is wireless chargers in the rooms, which was awesome because I forgot mine! The host was prompt with help and responding to my messages. The check in and out process was very simple and easy! Highly recommend this place! "

"The person at desk couldn't log into the computer when we got there so it was a 45 wait just to begin to check in the line. No one could help her. We reserved a "queen suite" and I was informed at the desk that they don't even know why they advertise that bc they do not even have a queen bed in the building anywhere in any room! There was diarrhea on the wall in the bathroom. Every wall had stains on them of some kind. It was filthy and smelled bad. I checked out within 2 hours after I finally got checked in. I can never stay at another Choice Hotels place again. Awful. Hotels.com should be aware of where they are booking people. Wow."
