"This property is even nicer than the photos. It is an older home that has been renovated very well. It is very, very clean. The owner has gone to some effort to make sure that the furniture and fixtures are quality. It is also very closely located to everything in the downtown area, and the neighborhood feels safe. We stayed in it so that we could take the train to Van Buren and back. I highly recommend it if you have a reason to be in Springdale!"
