A charming three-bedroom farmhouse tucked away in the Shropshire countryside, perfect for families and groups seeking relaxation or outdoor adventures. Just minutes from Shifnal’s shops and walking trails, this stylish retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic features and modern comforts.

This home offers space to spread out and relax. Enjoy peaceful moments in the bright sunroom, unwind by the fireplace in the lounge, or gather for meals in the dining room with soaring ceilings.

You’ll find:

Barbecue Use:
A barbecue grill is available for guest use. Please note that while there may be some gas provided, guests are responsible for supplying their own charcoal or gas if needed. We kindly ask that you clean the grill thoroughly after use to keep it ready for the next guest.

Location:
Just a few minutes` drive from the village of Shifnal, you’ll find pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. Country walks, heritage sites, and local attractions are within easy reach.


House Rules:
- No parties or events (£500 fine)
- No smoking
- No pets on furniture
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM


Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
