「Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking. 「Very quiet at night, easy to catch up on some rest. The rooms are always spotless and the hospitality is amazing. I would like to specifically mention Alfredo and Amanda at the front desk that will always make you feel at home here. The food is great, bar as well. I have not been in the pool but they have floats and beautiful decor around it. I have been staying here for years and I will continue to do so. It's a bed and breakfast with a very modern day twist.」

「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」
