"We were very happy with our stay, just a heads up for anyone staying there isn’t air conditioning and the bed is at the top of the loft so it gets very warm up there, there is a fan that is okay but still very warm. However place was nice and clean, had all the listed amenities, and we felt safe behind the locked alley "

"The rental was in a nice historic neighborhood convenient to a number of stores. It was quiet except for the parrots at dawn & dusk, & very nice for walking. The unit was very clean & we had no trouble turning on the heat (although the remote for the living room heater turned on the TV every time we changed the temperature). "Great property, plenty of room in the house (3) of us, but would fit 6 with kids no problem. I have a bigger truck gmc 2500 will not fit in the garage. I wouldn't even try it unless your comfortable parking in tight spaces. But it worked for us had plenty of room to maneuver and allow for the host to have room for parking."
