"What a wonderful stay I had at Fall River Suites. It exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was perfect! The unit was fully equipped to fully accommodate a short stay. Excellent location in downtown Hot Springs, with a beautiful park right across the street. Custer State Park and other natural wonders are just about 30 minutes away. I will come back and stay there again."

"The location and space were amazing. I just found the communication to be a bit lacking. When I asked a question using the messaging app it was never answered. The listing also stated that there would be a welcome basket for us when we got there and it wasn’t. Over a good experience, but I just wish the communication was heightened and that the promises in the listing were fulfilled."
