Beds and room were dirty. Sheet and pillows were dirty. There were no cups or glasses in the room. No coffee pot in the room or available anywhere for guests. Even the floor, walls and desks were dirty. There was no chair in the room!!! Worse room I have ever been in.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. No breakfast, the hallway stinks, the floor was dirty, there were areas roped off, the sign was broken, their was a portable air conditioner in our room, and the front desk guy was abrupt.

On the app, it says there is a breakfast which there was none. There was no coffee or tea in the common area. When it says pets stay free, they mean emotional support dogs so that should be stated on the motels app

100+ heat outside…. Portable AC unit for the room, vented with duct tape out the window… let’s just say the room was not maintaining a reasonable temperature. It was set at 62 and it was still 80 in the room according to the thermostat. After over 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and multiple trips to the front desk, we FINALLY got a full refund and a $25 key cash credit or what ever it’s called for another booking through Expedia. Didn’t do us much good at the time since the whole town was sold out of rooms no matter what hotel you went to. Crappy crappy experience all around with Econolodge AND Expedia.

I will not be going here again. Staff was no help and treated me like I was a foreigner. No breakfast even though it’s stated online there was free breakfast. Last but not least dogs DO NOT stay for free. Service dogs do but there’s a pet rent.

The parking was easy. I believe they are in a remodel mode. I had to call a phone number for the front desk person to come check me in. No breakfast the next morning, it was closed. The tv didn't work and no hot water in the shower. The pillows were the tiniest ones I have ever seen. Luckily, it was overnight and we slept well--the bed was comfy--just glad I brought my pillow

Had to call to wake up the staff to check in. She came out in an oversize shirt, gave us room keys and left, didnt tell us where or that everything in the hotel was broken. Turns out the elevator is broken, so we took stairs, pool was broken, walls had holes in the room and bathroom, floors in room were sticky, breakfast we were told is not an option when we picked this place for an easy breakfast and swimming for the kids on our long road trip

It clearly said that we got a continental breakfast with our stay. Absolutely nothing in the breakfast room no coffee anything. Only two people run the entire hotel and one doesn’t speak any English. Our room had a portable air conditioner because it had no air conditioning unit at all. It did work to cool it but just looked pretty cheesy with the exhaust tube, taped and cardboard in a window to the outside. Our room had two queen beds and came with one towel and one washcloth. We asked for more but had trouble because the guy didn’t speak any English so I had to go to the room and get a towel and show him and hold up two fingers that we needed two more because there was three of us. Looks like they’re remodeling could be a nice place if they spoke English and had the amenities that were promised when I made the reservation on Expedia.

I do not recommend it. My reservation included breakfast but when we got there the lady at the desk said wasn't available and if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else...it was midnight! Bed had 2 square cushions instead of pillows. Towels were small and not soft at all. The elevator wasn't working, glad I was on second floor but the stairs were very dirty. The door our room didn't work properly, hard to open and locked. The worse part was the attitude of the lady at the reception.
