Friendly & helpful site manager

The site was lovely and secluded. The lodge manager was friendly and helpful. Our room did not have hot water (so cold shower option only) and the key pad on our door did not work so site manager let us in with a key

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge because it was a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to return to at the end of the day. We also enjoyed the use of the common area and kitchen. It was a little too hot out for us to fully enjoy the tiki bar or outdoor games but maybe next time. It was perfectly located for all of our Southern Hills adventures. We spent time at Angostura Lake, Cold Brook Lake, Custer State Park, Cascade Falls, and really enjoyed several dining experiences in Hot Springs including The Merc Taproom, Two Cows Creamery, and The Silk Road Experience. Next time we will also go to Moccasin Springs for a massage and a soak, and a meal at Buffalo Dreamer. We would definitely stay again and have even discussed renting out the entire facility for a family reunion.

Place was all around ok but lacked in some basics like counter space to put things on in the bathroom, microwave and hand soap. Plus host/staff were not there for questions on where to get coffee, ice etc.

Terrible! Out in the middle of nowhere, hard to find. No amenities, no place to put your clothes, no counter in the bathroom. Hosts ignore your calls, . Its the worst place we havevever stayed.

Sehr schöne neue Zimmer, sehr nett angelegt mit dem Pool und der Bar. Schön ruhig. Nach ca. 5 km Tankstelle mit Subway und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort und wir hatten keine Email bzgl. Schlüssel erhalten, konnten es dann aber telefonisch schnell klären. Würde ich wieder hingehen, mal etwas anderes als die üblichen Unterkünfte.
