「Staff very nice, felt safe, rooms very tired looking and carpet filthy. Refrigerator was not cold」

「Everyone was so friendly. AC wasn’t blowing cold. The front desk lady came up and messed with it. It got a little cooler, but not cold. Breakfast was good. Shower needs upgraded. Would stay again.」

「While everything was clean and neat, our room had a lot of damage to the furniture. The drawers when closed would slide back open and had damage inside the drawer. The windows were missing locks and one wouldn't fully shut due to missing hardware. Everything else about the stay was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and they were actively restocking it throughout the morning」
