「The hotel needs help. The bathroom in our room had a leaky toilet, the tub/shower is rusty and looks like it needs to be replaced. Also, there is no ceiling fan in the bathroom and there is no where to hang towels to dry. The rooms also need some sound proofing, as you can hear people in adjacent rooms, fairly easily. The location and other amenities don’t make up for the issues with the room. 」

「When I arrived at the hotel, the staff wasn't very friendly. They just did their job; there was no warmth or friendliness, just a simple "hi" and they focused on their computers. No welcome with a smile, nothing. They just did their job, gave me my key, and that was it.」
