「The property clean and quiet . It just we have two chairs at beach it not enough .」

「今まで泊まった中でサービス最悪でした。 1) クリーニング費払ってるのに掃除にも来ず、タオル等の入れ替えもなし。 2) ティッシュが無く、トイレットペーパーも予備が無い。 3) 置いてあるグラスに汚れがある 4) ルーターあるのにWi-Fi使えない。問い合わせると無いと言い張られる。 5) アーリーチェックインを申し込んでいても結局できない。 等々、ツッコミ所が多過ぎて思い出しても腹が立つ。 世界中色んなホテルに泊まって来たが、サービス悪いというよりもサービスの無いホテルは初めて。 一つだけフォローすると立地はいい。 それを打ち消して余りあるホテルです。」

「チェックイン時に３回部屋を移動しました。最初の部屋に行くとキーが反応しなくて入れない、次の部屋に行くとベッドのサイズが予約と違い小さくてダメ、３回目の部屋で落ち着きました。最初の部屋はどう見てもドア側のセンサーが古くて悪そうでしたので、ドア側のセンサーの確認をした方がいいと思います。 最初の夜、家族３人でキングサイズベッドで寝ていると、突然ベッドの真ん中が落ちました。ベッドの下を見ると支柱が３本ずれてしまっていました。翌朝部屋を変更してもらい助かりましたが、今回の宿泊でトータル４回も部屋を変更することになり、疲れました。でも、受付の方は親切に対応してくれましたので助かりました。」

「The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. Mattress was extremely soft. Location is very convenient...

「The location and view were five star. We were literally steps from Pineapple Willy's. The beach chairs and umbrella were included in the stay. Our condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. 」
