「There was no staff on site as it was a keyless entry. There weren't any amenities because the general store and dining room were not operational. None of this was related to me when I made the reservation, even though both things were mentioned and highly rated in previous reviews. I feel duped - you couldn't even get something as basic as ICE!!」

「The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking.」

「Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve traveled to a lot of developing countries so that’s saying a lot. The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet head holes throughout, the air-conditioning unit was broken and dangling off the wall. We felt like we needed to sleep with our clothes still on. Really gross. I should’ve known better. Anything with “quality” in...

「Kimberly was extremely friendly upon check in after driving 12 hours. Answered questions and provided 2 doggy gift bags filled with treats and toys. Clean spacious room. Prompt refills for breakfast and lots of choices. Convenient right off the highway. Not much for anything to do right in the immediate area but not too far to things.」
