"Pros: Grounds were beautiful. Mattress was super comfortable. In bedroom hot tub was great. About 8 min from shopping. Check in was easy and staff was great. Cons (no specific order): no hair conditioner, towel rack kept falling off the wall, hot tub was small-ish if two people wanted to enjoy at once, no air conditioning, heat didn’t turn on, couldn’t find a switch for patio light, and entire room smelled musty, likely due to people using the hottub without the vent on. The most disappointing part was the AI summary said people loved the breakfast but it was lackluster. Hard boiled eggs were made fresh so those were good but options then only included bread, English muffins, waffle, Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, vanilla yogurt, and coffee. Overall, the value of the hot tub and view were worth it and bed was so comfy, so I’d stay again if that’s what I was looking for. Quick plug, you must go eat at Nonna Luisa. Poppa is a hoot!"

"Great hotel to stay at when you are on business. The Wi-Fi was a little weak so I had to hotspot my laptop to my phone most of the time, but overall I would stay there again when up that way on business."

"The in-room HVAC unit was confusing to operate leading to uncomfortable temperatures that were too cold or warm and stuffy. Operating instructions nearby would have been helpful. More, a window that could be opened to let in fresh air to accompany the beautiful view would have made the stay spectacular."

"I never leave reviews, but the people that run and work at this hotel were terrific. It was clean, they loved my dog, and the other guests were actually awesome. The cleaning crew thought that I had already left, but I was out walking the dog. Everyone pitched in, we found the stuff that was thrown out.. it was actually just the dog's food that I needed for him. It was open and gross and I would have thrown it out too. Friendly, good and honest people. Yes it's an older hotel but it is well taken care of, in good condition and updated, and very clean."
