"As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). "The AC was set to a floor temperature 21.5C so quite stuffy, not adjustable to a lower level if you sleep better in a colder room. Fortunately there were windows that could be opened. The room was clean and a very good size. The location is good. The western food menu is large but the quality was very poor. The pizza was awful and the chicken used across dishes. Check in and out was very quick. "
