"The halls and room were adequately clean but in need of an update. The front office was not very inviting. The bathroom was gross. Dirty walls, broken tub drain (Laying on the side), poor lighting. Worst of all was the ceiling in the shower. poor repair with A HOLE STUFFED WITH PAPER IN IT. Would not stay there again or recommend it."

"We went in early June and it was quiet throughout the Catskills (which we loved). The facilities were clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room were a great bonus and the restaurant was great. Highly recommend!"

"Not a cheap place ! Let’s start with the smell - strong marijuana smell, and we were traveling with 11 yers old kid. Not family friendly. The room wasn’t clean, everything outdated. We couldn’t close the bathroom door all the way. Misleading advertising. The website stated there is a free breakfast and free Wi Fi. Well, none of that. “ Free breakfast “ was coffee and hot water. No toasters, no bread. None. “ Free Wi Fi” is only if you sign up for a membership, if not you have to pay. And more… the hotel is infected by rodents. I was standing in a middle of my room and a mouse ran right in front of me across the room right under my bed. I came to the front desk to ask for help. I got no help, but a staff member told me they know about it, they have rodents all over the place. And no, they didn’t offer to return my money, I didn’t get a different room. We were hardly sleeping our last night, unfortunately we couldn’t leave right away."

"We did not stay on the main campus. We were placed in a separate building down the road that looked like old, remodeled apartment buildings. The beds were some of the worst we have ever experienced and the sheets were scratchy. 2 bath linens had remnants of toothpaste left from prior guests. The room and bathroom did appear clean but were dated. There was a complimentary carafe of sherry in the room but the carafe was not clean. Someone above us in another room came back around 2:30am and we could hear every footstep, conversation, and movement in the room upstairs. The doors would slam shut each time a person entered or exited their room for all of the rooms within the building. It was not a restful sleep at all. We were disappointed by our experience."
