"We love this hotel. The staff are friendly and the location is great for spending time in our favourite place Rye. Some rooms require updating but they are clean with comfy beds and breakfast is great. "

"Good location for purpose of my stay. Very friendly staff. Needed to keep window open for air, traffic on street can be quite noisy. Could also hear people in other rooms/pub downstairs. Could not get Television to operate properly (sound but no picture)."

"Lovely place to stay. The lady who greeted was very friendly. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It took a while for room to heat up as I hadn’t realised all the thermostats were turned off. I had a bit of disturbed sleep as I stayed when it was very heavy rain/ windy so the windows were rattling (understandable as it’s an old building). I would recommend staying here as it’s very affordable. "
