"Nice clean room conveniently located."

"I arrived at 3:10 (check in is at 3:00pm) and was told they did not have a room available said it might be 30 minutes or so. So I waiting for approximately 20 minutes before he told me he had a room I could have since the group in front of me went to eat. I had a reservation, no reason a room should not have been ready."

"The shower curtain kept falling down when trying to take a shower and the heater wouldnt stay on and the staff at the front desk wouldnt switch my room"
