「Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!」

「Loved the place will go back」

「The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again.」

「nice place」

「It was pretty quiet here. The bedroom was big, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets felt silky. The full bathroom was huge, and a nightlight was provided. Could use some paint touchups to make it more appealing, especially on the bathroom trim. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.」

「The house was very clean and we loved the area.. the owners are so nice and so easy and quick to communicate with .. we loved our stay! Hope to come back and stay here again !」

「Apartment was just as advertised Thurley enjoyed the stay. Hope to stay there again in the future. Pastor Ron」

「Love the location. Nice room. Very comfortable atmosphere. 」

「Everything was beautiful and very clean!!! Loved our stay we will definitely stay here again in the future!!!」

「Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.」

「Loved the condo. The only thing I would've changed are the towels. They did the job but there could've been more of them from the start. We found two wash cloths. Had there been 4 people we would've been upset. They weren't the greatest quality either. It was still a great condo. Great location. Clean. Felt safe. We will most likely book here again and bring our own extra towels and wash cloths.」

「El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.」

「Condo was beautiful, so cozy! The location is great, the pools were amazing. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again!」

「Property was clean and exactly as described.」

「Great location. Unit needs some updating. There are very few outlets and some don't work. Beds are comfortable and view from balcony is good. We even viewed a bear from the balcony.」

「This was our second time staying in this unit since March. It’s really nice and convenient to Dollywood. I’ll probably return at least once more this year.」

「The condo was awesome and in a fantastic location.」

「We were very pleased with our stay at this unit. It met all our needs for our stay. Unit is well-maintained; comfortable beds; plenty of space; nice view of the strip. You can watch the nightly fireworks and drone show from Dollywood on the balcony. Would recommend.」
