「Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!」

「We are from Kentucky and we had a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville convention center. Me and another parent wanted to bring our other kids also to have a little get away. So getting the cabin and splitting was the cheapest, best thing we could have done. All the kids had fun in the basement with all the games,pool, hot tub. Grilled out and watched the Kentucky derby and just over all relaxed and enjoyed the weekend.」

「This was our first time staying at one of their property’s. Check in process was super easy. The place was clean with the exception of the dishes that all had to be rewashed due to soap being on them still. They provided essentials. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because the jacuzzi and AC didn’t properly work. I reached out via message but never heard anything back. It was kind of disappointing to not be able to use those amenities. Otherwise, it was a great stay!」

「It was a really great time. We got free access to soaky. The rides are really fun. Kids where safe. Our items were safe. We stayed at soaky all day long for a couple of days. We were able to leave our items in chairs and the honor system worked. We were checking in with our items often. The life gaurds really put safety first and as a parent i was happy to see this.」
