Outside pictures were outdated! Place was clean on inside and beds were comfy. However, I had let the contact know I had selected this place bc I was looking for a place for my husband to fish. There was 2 boats tied to dock and large floats, toys and a splash mat in the water. Plus owner had friends out on dock boating and swimming on the day my husband had to fish. One of the friends daughter walked right into the house to use the restroom! I contacted owner and he apologized and said she was just used to going there. before renting I was told he could use the dock for fishing. I would think if you rented place it would include the property also!

Beware of cancellation
The property manager/owner cancelled our reservation without explanation less than 24 hours before we were to arrive. This did not leave us any available options. We were not able to make our trip to Tennessee.

Place was awesome location even better
Place was clean well stocked and had everything we needed. Only thing is if your using Apple Maps the location is on the right and not the left like it will say. Location is super convenient not far out from everything but far enough to get away from crowds. We will be back.
